Privacy policy
This notice explains what personal information Healium Intelliscan Corporation (“Healium,” “we,” “us”) collects through healiumvetscan.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It covers this website only. The Healium VetScan device and app will come with their own privacy notice when they ship. This site is intended for veterinary professionals in the United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us
The early-access form on this site asks for the following. Only the first five are required.
| Field | Why we ask |
|---|---|
| Full name | To address you correctly when we follow up. |
| Work email | To contact you about early access. |
| State | To route you to the right contact and confirm US availability. |
| Practice type | To match you to the right species presets and pricing. |
| Consent to be contacted | Our record that you asked to hear from us. |
| Phone (optional) | An alternative way to reach you. |
| Number of vets (optional) | To size a founding-partner package. |
| Species you scan (optional) | To tailor what we show you. |
| Distributor or channel partner (optional) | To route partnership enquiries separately. |
We also record the website the submission came from and the date and time you submitted it. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. It keeps these server logs only as long as needed for those purposes.
To display the site’s typefaces, your browser downloads them from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in the process. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. See our cookie notice. We do not knowingly collect any patient or clinical data through this website.
How we use your information
- To reply to your early-access request and tell you about founding-partner pricing, availability, and launch timing.
- To arrange and run a product demo if you ask for one.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To keep the site secure and filter out spam and fraudulent submissions.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that act on our instructions, and only as far as they need it to do their job:
- Form delivery — our cloud hosting infrastructure and transactional email service providers, which relay early-access submissions from this site to our email inbox.
- Email — our business email provider, which stores the messages we receive and send.
- Website hosting — our hosting and content-delivery provider, which serves the site.
- Specialist review — Healium Sono, our veterinary specialist review service, but only where you ask us to connect you.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case the information would remain subject to this notice.
Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that we delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it;
- stop contacting you about Healium VetScan.
Email info@healiumintelliscan.com and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. In the past twelve months we collected identifiers (such as your name, email, and phone number) and professional information (such as your practice type and number of vets), from you, for the purposes described above. We have not sold or shared personal information, as those terms are defined in the law.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Children
This site is aimed at veterinary professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We will post any changes on this page and update the “last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we will also tell the people we hold contact details for.
