What this site is
healiumvetscan.com is a marketing and early-access site for Healium VetScan, a veterinary ultrasound product from Healium Intelliscan Corporation (“Healium,” “we,” “us”). The product is in pre-launch. Descriptions, specifications, images, and timing on this site are provided for information and may change before the product ships. Some images, including app screens and scan frames, are illustrative.
Veterinary use only
Healium VetScan is a veterinary product. Every claim on this site relates to veterinary use only. Nothing on this site is a claim about use in humans, and Healium VetScan is not offered for human diagnostic use.
Nothing on this site is veterinary advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. The AI guidance described on this site helps position the probe and check image quality; it does not interpret images or produce a diagnosis. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating veterinarian.
Early access is not an offer
Submitting the early-access form registers your interest. It is not an order, a contract, or a reservation, and it does not oblige either of us to buy or sell anything. “Founding-partner pricing” is indicative until it is confirmed in a written quotation or order form. Any purchase will be governed by separate terms of sale provided at the time of order.
Using the site
You may view and print pages from this site for your own business use. You may not:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting infrastructure;
- submit false information, or someone else’s details without their permission;

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
